“Sometimes I wake up and I feel this overwhelming sense of sadness. It’s grief I think. It’s a huge loss. But I’m not sure what it is that I’ve lost that is causing me this much pain. It’s a kind of pain that renders you silent. What is it that I am mourning? Is it something that I’ve not yet come to realize?”
