When will my package arrive?
All orders will be processed within 2-7 days or purchase. Each order is shipped with USPS Ground Advantage and comes with a tracking number.
1-4 weeks for domestic orders
2-6 weeks for international orders
1-4 weeks for stamp mail (domestic ONLY)
Do you provide exchanges, cancellations or refunds?
No! This is not something I offer at this time. Please take care in placing your order. If you need to change your address / email / phone number please email me ASAP.
Where do you ship to?
Almost everywhere EXCEPT countries mentioned on the USPS International Service Disruptions website, the EU and the UK. I am not able to ship to the EU due to the fast changing rules, regulations and the extra fees that are required to ship to these countries. Sorry :(

Do I have to pay international custom fees?
Not always! It is up to you to know your countries rules on customs / any fees that you may pay when your item ends up in customs. If there are custom fees required to be paid for, you are responsible to pay for these fees.
Please be vigilant in keeping up with the tracking number provided! Sometimes your local customs office will contact you regarding your package.
Can you mail my stickers via stamp mail?
Sure! Please note that stickers sent via stamp mail (an envelope with a stamp on it with NO tracking) take 1-4 weeks to arrive. If your letter is lost and does not arrive I am not able to issue a refund or a replacement.
Oh no! My package was lost / stolen or marked delivered but I didn't receive it
Please contact USPS or your local mail carrier to see if your package was delivered to the wrong address. If there is no resolution within a week please email me with your order number and we can work something out!
My package was damaged!
Please email me or through the contact page on my website! Send a photo and describe the damage, I will gladly replace your package for you at no extra cost <3.
My package was returned to you
If any package gets returned back to me for any reason, I will be happy to send it back to you after you pay for shipping again or provide you a refund minus the cost of shipping.
I broke my clay charm :(
Polymer clay is a super sturdy material but it is not indestructible. Please take care of your handmade items and treat them gently! That being said I am happy to provide you with some solutions to help fix your charm.
How can I clean my clay charms?
Please use a soft damp cloth and gently wipe the surface. Water only! No rubbing alcohol or abrasive cleaning liquids.
Can I recycle the packaging materials?
YES! Everything that I use to send your order to you is recyclable!
On occasion I will reuse packaging materials from my personal packages, please reuse those if you can! If not, you are welcome to dispose of it in the trash.

Can I purchase previous snail mail rewards?
Yes! Any extra stickers or prints will go up onto the shop 3-5 months after the month when it was first available ends. If it's not up in the shop, it's sold out or I've yet to put it up.
